RECETA LIGHT
TARTA DE CHOCOLATE
Hoy os dejo una receta de la mano de Michael Montignac, reconocido nutricionista a nivel mundial. Una tarta de chocolate light. ¡Dónde se ha visto esto! ¡Una tarta de chocolate que no engorda!. Manos a la obra. Es un buen plan de fin de semana.
Ingredientes

250gr de chocolate
5 Huevos
1 cucharadita de ralladura de naranja
1 Pizca de sal
2 Cucharadas soperas de coñac
Elaboración
Fundir el chocolate al baño María, humedeciéndolo con medio vaso de agua. A continuación, separar las claras de las yemas y montar las claras a punto de nieve con un pellizquito de sal.
Después, quitar la cacerola del chocolate, añadir el coñac y la mitad de la ralladura de naranja. Ahora solo queda remover bien hasta obtener una mezcla untuosa.
Dejarlo enfriar 2 o 3 minutos y mezclar con las yemas de los huevos. Agregar las claras a punto de nieve hasta conseguir una textura homogénea. Echar la preparación en un molde para pasteles. El grosor por lo menos debe ser de 5 cm. Espolvorear por encima el resto de la ralladura de naranja.
Por último cocer durante 20 minutos en el horno precalentado a 100º.

1 spoon of orange grind
1 pinch of salt
2 spoonfuls of Brandy
ELABORATION:
Melt the chocolate at "Bain-Marie" style, wetting it with half a glass of water. Next, take apart the yolks from the whites y mount the whites and beat until stiff with a pinch of salt.
Next, take the pot with the chocolate, add the Brandy and half the orange grind. Now just remove well until you get a creamy mix.
Leave to cool for 2 or 3 minutes and mix with the egg yolks. Add the beaten whites until you get a fluid texture. Put the mixing in a cake mold, with a thickness of at least 5 cms. Sprinkle the rest of the orange grind over it.
Last, cook for 20 minutes in the oven preheated at 100º.

APARTAMENTO
Hoy os dejo con unas fotos de un apartamento de 90 metros que encontré hace unos días en la web. No sé dónde es ni a quién pertenece, pero me ha encantado. No falta detalle. ¡Qué gusto...!
